Return and Exchange Policy. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
ELIGIBILITY
- Items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed with all tags intact.
- Items must be present in their original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase—either the original receipt or order confirmation email is required to process exchanges and returns.
- You will be required to share proof if you have received an article that is defected, in wrong size, or is incorrect.
- Items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be exchanged.
- Tags and labels must remain intact.
- Summer stock will be exchanged only with summer items, and winter items only with winter stock.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Note: Please do not receive the shipment if it's found opened seal or damaged by the courier.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, all other claims (defected product) as approved by the company will be processed within next 15 working days. Once the claim is accepted, you will be allowed to select any other article of equal value from the website.

Please note that Inner wear & undergarments are non-returnable and exchangeable due to hygiene issues. - In cases where an exchange or alternative solution cannot be provided, Sweat92 may issue a refund in the form of a credit voucher exclusively redeemable online.
